A mobile clothes swap & repair pop-up
RE:Fashion is a mobile clothes swap and repair pop-up that invites you to slow down, reconnect with your clothes and learn practical skills that reduce textile your waste, without sacrificing your personal style.
RE:Fashion is launching with 12-weeks of free activation at Yagan Square, combining hands on repair, themed clothes swaps, learning moments and sewing support, through a program that makes engaging in circular fashion moments sociable, easy and fun.
Whether you are a seasoned thrifter, a DIY enthusiast, or someone curious about how to make your wardrobe last a lifetime, there is a place for you here.

RE:WEAR Swap: Refresh your wardrobe without the "new" price tag.
RE:PAIR Bar: Expert help with buttons, hems, zips, and getting your swapped items “just right”.
RE:LEARN Lab: Weekly workshops and talks from local change-makers

Our curated swap changes themes every Thursday
(Drop-in between 10AM - 1PM)

Check the Theme: Ensure your items match the weekly focus (e.g., Week 1 is Everyday Essentials, Week 2 is Timeless Pieces).

Quality First: Bring up to 5 items. They must be clean, free of major damage, and in a condition you’d be proud to give to a friend.

Token System: For every item you bring that passes our quality check, you’ll receive a token to "spend" on a new-to-you treasure from the racks
Machines, basic tools and guidance are provided.
You’re welcome to bring your own item to work on.

Got a garment in need of some love? Our Repair Bar is staffed by local experts ready to help you extend the life of your clothes by giving in you the skills to do these repairs yourself in the future.

Small fixes like buttons and loose seams can be handled on the spot.

Find something you LOVE at the RE:Wear Swap but it needs a little extra something to make it perfect? Take it along to the RE:Pair Bar for a cheeky alteration.
Machines, basic tools and guidance are provided.
