Working exclusively with reclaimed vintage kimono and obi silks, I honour their past lives by reimagining them into contemporary, one-of-a-kind designs. Guided by the Japanese philosophy of mottainai — the belief that nothing of value should be wasted — each piece is shaped with intention, from full garments to the smallest offcut. In this way, beauty, craftsmanship, and history remain in circulation, creating a timeless loop of preservation.
